How ordering, prices and payment work at Medizeg.
Prices
Prices shown in this catalog are current at the time of viewing and may change without notice. The price confirmed on WhatsApp at the time of your order is the price that applies.
Totals shown on the order list are an estimate. Stock, quantity and the final total are confirmed before dispatch.
Payment
Payment is in advance, in cash. We do not offer credit, udhaar or instalments of any kind, to any customer.
Please order only what you can pay for. A small order paid in full is always welcome.
Orders
Sending an order through this site is a request, not a confirmed sale. An order is confirmed once we have replied on WhatsApp and agreed stock, quantity and total with you.
We may decline or adjust any order, including where stock has run out.
Products
Medicines are sold for resale by licensed pharmacies and medical stores. Items marked Rx require a valid prescription to be dispensed, and that responsibility rests with the buying pharmacy.
Always check expiry dates and batch details on delivery. Report any shortage, damage or discrepancy on the day you receive the goods.
Returns
Medicines cannot be returned once they have left our custody, except where the item is damaged, wrongly supplied or short-dated on arrival and reported on the day of delivery.
